Homemade Sugar Free Ice Cream Recipe
Maybe you prefer chocolate or vanilla but after you try this coconut ice-cream it will become your new favorite flavor.
- 4 large dates, pitted
- 2 cans of organic full-fat coconut milk
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
- a pinch of sea salt
You need to cool the coconut milk in the fridge overnight beforehand. For better texture take a cup of hot water and soak the dates for 10 minutes. Pour the coconut milk and all the other ingredients in a bowl and blend everything together with a high speed blender. After everything is well combined pour the mixture into a large plastic container and wrap it in a plastic wrap, making sure the wrap touches the ice cream to prevent ice crystal from forming on the surface. Freeze for 4 hours, removing it from the freezer to whisk with a fork every hour. Consume it within the week and enjoy the healthiest and tastiest ice cream.
